This baked cheddar, bacon and mango chutney dip gets an unexpected complex sweet, savory and slightly pungent punch from the addition of Major Grey's mango chutney - perfectly complimented with a kick of curry.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a medium bowl, with an immersion blender or whisk, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and hot sauce. Fold in all but ⅓ cup cheddar cheese, all but 2 tablespoons of bacon and all but 1 tablespoon of scallions.
Transfer dip to a small baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbling. Top with reserved cheddar and bacon and return to the oven for five minutes.
Sprinkle top with remaining scallions and serve with corn chips, pita chips or naan bread (or chips and veggies of your choice).
